Sprint 8 consists of 8 rounds, 30 seconds work and 90 seconds rest. The balance of 30 seconds of intensity and 90 seconds of recovery is the ideal ratio to achieve weight-loss and performance results.
Each 30 second sprint is performed at an all-out intensity. Following each sprint is a 90-second period of active recovery.
If you feel recovered in less than 90 seconds, work harder in the next sprint to realize the full impact of the HGH release, which is the core of why Sprint 8 is so effective. Unique to this workout is the Sweat Score that is given after each round. This gives a good indication of the level of exertion, holding you accountable for your performance for each round and providing a tangible goal to achieve.
